Shipping & returns

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sprang-Capelle. Orders received before 13:00 will be handed over to the carrier on the same working day.

You can see the current status of your order directly on your profile page. You will also receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Herein you will find an overview of the products you ordered. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.

Products not in stock
Products that are not in stock, will be purchased from the supplier. This can take up to 15 working days.
Is part of your order not in stock?
We can ship the part that is in stock or you can choose to have the package shipped when your order is complete. This is of course the most environmentally friendly choice. Please contact us about your shipping preference.

After placing your order you can return your order within 30 days.

Please follow the steps below to submit your return request.

Log in to your account
1. Go to "My orders"
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Fill in all the details and request your return label

You will receive a return label the same day. The return label is for our account and is valid for 14 days.
Once the product is back in our warehouse we will refund the amount. 

Wrong or damaged product
After placing your order you can return the wrong or damaged product within 30 days. 

Also indicate on the return form what you expect from us; do you want to receive a new product or do you want us to credit the purchase amount?
